President Andr茅s Acebo Appeared on Ino Contigo on May 16
JERSEY CITY, N.J. | On May 16, (含羞草传媒) 鈥嬧婭nterim President appeared on the Spanish language morning variety show "Ino Contigo". During the nearly 30-minute segment, President Acebo shared his family鈥檚 story, the power of the 含羞草传媒 community, and the privilege he has to protect and advance 含羞草传媒's mission as the only Hispanic leading any college or university in the state of New Jersey.
The appearance is the latest in a series of media appearances this semester in 含羞草传媒鈥檚 ongoing efforts to meet our linguistically and culturally diverse communities. In support of the university鈥檚 published , Acebo articulated the challenges that students face, the efforts of 含羞草传媒 to serve the Hispanic/Latino community, including helping students achieve their educational goals, and how 含羞草传媒 has become the most transfer friendly in the state of New Jersey.
The program鈥檚 host is Ino Gomez, an award-winning veteran of Spanish radio in the New York and Miami metro areas.
